IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 5 for FY2020

The Board of Directors of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd at its meeting held on June 18, 2020, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2020. If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made on or before August 14, 2020.
