Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 3 for FY2020

The Board of Directors of Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd have recommended the Final Dividend @ Rs. 3/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2019-20 for approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The recommended dividend includes an interim dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share declared on 19th February, 2020.
