Wheels India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2.65

The Board of Directors of Wheels India Ltd at its meeting held on June 17, 2020, inter alia, has recommended final dividend for the yar ended March 31, 2020 Rs. 2.65 (26.50%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each , subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The final dividend, if approved by the members shall be paid on or before August 28, 2020.
