Natco Pharma Ltd board declares 4th interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Natco Pharma Ltd at its meeting held on June 17, 2020, has considered and approved the declaration of fourth (4th) interim dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share of Rs .2/- each for the financial year 2019-20. The said interim dividend will be paid on or before July 05, 2020.
