The Board of Directors of Dhanvarsha Finvest Ltd at its meeting held on June 15, 2020, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.10 per Equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- each (i.e.,1%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
