Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd board enhances fund raising limit

The Board of Directors of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd at its Meeting held on 12th June, 2020, have enhanced the limit of raising funds by way of issuance of Securities including but not limited to secured/unsecured redeemable Non-convertible Debentures under Private Placement basis from the existing limit of Rs.5,000 crores to Rs.7,500 crores, and authorised a Loans & Investment Committee of the Company to determine the detailed terms and conditions thereof.

Shares of MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.475.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 473.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 137049 in over 2868 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 480.05 and intraday low of 470. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 65204417.
