Hero MotoCorp Ltd board approves final dividend of Rs. 25 for FY20

The board of directors of Hero MotoCorp Ltd at its meeting held today has approved the recommendation of final dividend subject to approval of members @ 1250% viz., INR 25 per equity share of INR 2/- each for the financial year 2019-20. The dividend, if declared at the ensuing AGM, will be paid by September 11, 2020.

Shares of HERO MOTOCORP LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2380 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2341.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 95542 in over 6837 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2439.2 and intraday low of 2359.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 230086595.
