Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd appoints Mr. Satish Kottakota as CFO

The Board of Directors of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd at its meeting held on Tuesday, June 02, 2020 has approved the appointment of Mr. Satish Kottakota as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from June 1, 2020.

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on Tuesday, June 02, 2020 has noted the resignation of Mr. Sudhesh Chandrasekar from the position of Chief Financial Officer, with effect from the close of working hours of June 5, 2020 consequently his position as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel shall be vacated.

Shares of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 535.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 510. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1926.
