Titan Company Limited Board to consider FY20 results & Dividend on June 08, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Titan Company Limited is scheduled to be held on June 08, 2020, through Audio-Visual means as per the notification issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated March 19, 2020, to consider and approve the audited standalone & consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2020.

The board will also recommend payment of equity dividend for the Financial Year 2019-20, if any.
