NLC India Limited raises Rs. 500 crore through Commercial Paper

NLC India Limited has issued and allotted 10,000 Nos. of Commercial Paper of a face value of Rs. 5,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 500 crore in favour of following investors on 29.05.2020. The fund will be utilized to meet the standalone business operation requirements of the company.

UTI Liquid Cash Plan - Rs. 250 crore
Reliance Capital Trustee Company Ltd. - A/c Nippon India Liquid Fund - Rs. 250 crore

Shares of NLC India Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.41.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 41.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39484 in over 381 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 42.1 and intraday low of 41.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1643860.
