HeidelbergCement India Ltd Board approves Final Dividend for FY2019-20

The Board of Directors of HeidelbergCement India Ltd at its meeting held today has recommended final dividend of Rs. 6/- per Equity Share of Rs.10 each (60%) for the financial year ended 31st March 2020, which is subject to declaration by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of HEIDELBERGCEMENT INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.157.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 156.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 64362 in over 2008 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 161.25 and intraday low of 154. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10195904.
