Alembic Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.60

The Board of Directors of Alembic Ltd at its meeting held on May 25, 2020, has recommended Dividend of Rs. 0.60/- (30%) per Equity Share having face value of Rs. 2 each for the year ended March 31, 2020, subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
