JMC Projects India Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 0.70

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. May 19, 2020 has recommended Dividend of Re. 0.70 (Paise Seventy Only) per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up (equivalent to 35% on the paid-up equity capital) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of JMC PROJECTS (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.35.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 36.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6995 in over 228 trades.
