Somany Ceramics Ltd board to consider interim dividend on Mar 13, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Somany Ceramics Ltd will be held on Friday, the 13th March, 2020 at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, to consider declaration of Interim Dividend to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2019-20.

The Interim Dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Saturday, 21st March, 2020, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

The trading window would be opened only after the expiry of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 13th March, 2020.
