Vivek Bhide appointed as Managing Director of CMI FPE Limited

Joao Felix Da Silva, Executive President of John Cockerill Industry and Chairman of CMI FPE Ltd., the John Cockerill Group's Indian hub, announced today that, upon recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Vivek Bhide as Managing Director of the Company with effect from February 08, 2020.

As such, Vivek will take over from current incumbent Raman Madhok as of today.

Joao Felix Da Silva said, "I want to thank Raman Madhok for his services and achievements within and for our Group in various roles since 2007".

Shares of CMI FPE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.924.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 902. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3218 in over 98 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 954 and intraday low of 890. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3027551.
