IFCI gets Rs. 805.60 crore from sale of stake in NSE

IFCI Ltd had earlier announced regarding disinvestment of its entire stake in National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE) comprising of 1,20,66,871 number of equity shares comprising of 2.44% of the total equity shares of NSE.

IFCI has realized an amount of approximately Rs. 805.60 crore, representing about 82% of the total committed amount. Process for receipt of approval for remaining quantity is underway.

Shares of IFCI LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.6.28 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6.36. The total number of shares traded during the day was 159169 in over 195 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 6.39 and intraday low of 6.27. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1008080.
