Shloka Infotech shareholders to receive application of Zenith Birla FPO

Shloka Infotech Ltd has announced that in order to determine the eligibility of the shareholders of the Company to participate in the forthcoming Follow-on Public Offer (FPO) of Equity Shares by the Company’s group Company Zenith Birla (India) Ltd, the Company has kept October 06, 2006 as the specified date. Necessary Application forms would be dispatched from October 09, 2006 onwards to the shareholders of the Company.
