B C Power Controls Ltd's promoter entity dumps shares in market

Vinco Metals Pvt. Ltd., part of promoter group of B C Power Controls Ltd has sold 4,60,052 equity shares of the company in market for a total consideration of Rs. 9,20,104.00. The transactions were carried out on August 19, 2019 and August 20, 2019.

With this deal, the stake of promoter entity has reduced to 8,21,126 equity shares (1.40%) from 12,81,178 equity shares (2.18%).
