IGH Holdings Private Limited, part of promoter group of Vodafone Idea Ltd has bought 9,00,000 equity shares of the company on August 22, 2019. The shares were bought for a total consideration of Rs. 47,86,058.00.

With this acquisition, the promoter group entity has increased its stake in the company from 40,01,28,454 equity shares (1.39%) to 40,10,28,454 equity shares (1.40%).

Shares of Vodafone Idea Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.5.74 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5.26. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22971405 in over 30274 trades.
