Ind-Ra assigns ratings to Sequent Scientific Ltd

India Ratings and Research, a Fitch group company, has assigned Sequent Scientific Limited and Alivira Animal Health Ltd, a Long-Term Issuer Rating of 'IND A-' with a Stable outlook on April 4, 2019. The instrument-wise rating actions are given below:

Long Term Issuer Rating - Long Term; IND A- / Stable
Fund Based Working Capital Limit - Long Term; IND A- / Stable
Non Fund Based Working Capital Limit - Short Term; IND A2+
Term Loan - Long Term; IND A- / Stable

In light of the assignment of the above ratings by India Ratings and requisite no objection clearance from the existing Banks / Financial Institutions, ratings by ICRA Ratings Limited stands withdrawn.
