Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited has incorporated a Wholly owned subsidiary company (limited liability company) 'Narayana Health North America LLC' in the State of Delaware, United States of America on 9th April 2019 (Certificate of Formation of the LLC received by the Company on 11th April 2019). The Company was Incorporated to provide consultancy services in the Healthcare sector.

The company will set up a Business Process and Technology Consultancy business in United States of America. This Company would utilize NH's processes, protocols and technology with the aim to improve operational efficiencies to ensure a better healthcare delivery experience for all stakeholders.
