Modison Metals Ltd board to consider JV on April 2, 2019

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Modison Metals Ltd(on shorter notice) will be held on Tuesday, 2nd April,2019 at 11.00 am to consider that M/s. Modison Metals Limited is in a process of entering with M/s. Tungsten Heavy Powder Inc, USA as a joint venture to produce tungsten products for export to USA. It will act as a subsidiary Company of Modison Metals Limited.

The trading window shall remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives of the Company from 1st April,2019 till 48 hours after the outcome of the meeting is announced to the public.

Shares of MODISON METALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.45.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 43.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1840 in over 17 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 45.45 and intraday low of 43.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 81811.
