Indian Overseas Bank to consider capital infusion of Rs. 3806 crores

A meeting of the the Committee of Board of Directors of Indian Overseas Bank is scheduled on 28/03/2019 for Issue of Equity Share Capital would be held after the EGM on Thursday, 28th March 2019, to issue and allot equity shares to Government of India on preferential basis for the capital infusion of Rs. 3806 crores.

Shares of INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.13.54 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.76. The total number of shares traded during the day was 115149 in over 91 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 13.7 and intraday low of 13.51. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1564989.
