DIC India Ltd announces resignation of MD & CEO

Mr. Shailendra Singh, MD & CEO has resigned for personal reasons from the position of Managing Director & CEO of the Company and the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. December 11, 2018 accepted his resignation as MD and CEO effective end of working day today.

Further, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. December 11, 2018, has approved the appointment of Mr. Manish Bhatia as Chief Executive Officer w.e.f. December 11, 2018.

Shares of DIC INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.375 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 395.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 201 in over 6 trades.
