IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd announces resignation of Mr. Bhaskar Chatterjee

Mr. Bhaskar Chatterjee (DIN: 01433538), Non-Executive Independent Director of IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd, vide email dated December 6, 2018, has tendered his resignation from the Directorship of the Company with effect from December 6, 2018 due to family commitments.

Further Mr. Chatterjee also confirmed that there were no other material reasons for his resignation from the Directorship of the Company.

Notice of Resignation of Mr. Chatterjee from the directorship of the Company will be placed in the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for its noting.
