ICRA Upgrades Religare Enterprises Debt Programme

Religare Enterprises Ltd has announced that ICRA Ltd. has upgraded the Debt / NCD Programme of Religare Finvest Ltd (100% subsidiary).

The Immediate Term Debt Programme of Rs 800 Crores from "A 1" to "A 1+" indicating lowest credit risk.

The Short Term NCD Programme of Rs 1850 Crores from "A 1" to "A 1+" indicating lowest credit risk.
