IOL Broadband is now "IOL Netcom Ltd"

IOL Broadband Ltd has announced that with effect from January 10, 2008, the name of Company has been changed from "IOL Broadband Ltd" to "IOL Netcom Ltd."

The Company has received the fresh certificate of incorporation, consequent upon change of name, form Register of Companies(ROC), Maharashtra, Mumbai.

Further the Company has announce that as a result of the amalgamation of Exatt Technologies Pvt Ltd with the Company, the Company ahs an access to an "A" category Internet services Provide (ISP) license and can now provide Broadband / Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) / VOIP and other value added services across the Country.
