JMC Projects India Ltd fixes record date for stock split

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of JMC Projects India Ltd at its meeting held today has fixed October 05, 2018 as Record Date for the purpose of Sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company from Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 2/- each and for ascertaining the eligibility of the members of the Company entitled to receive sub-divided equity shares of Rs. 2/ each in lieu of existing equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Consequently, the equity shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- each will automatically stands cancelled and be of no effect on and from the said Record Date i.e. October 05, 2018.

Shares of JMC PROJECTS (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.475 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 487.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1456 in over 77 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 499.9 and intraday low of 470. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 698182.
