With deep regret, Asian Paints Ltd has announced the sad demise of Shri Ashwin Chimanlal Choksi, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, due to ill-health.

Shri Ashwin Choksi was the Chairman of the Company for more than two decades and the Company immensely benefitted from his vision and leadership.

The sad demise of Shri Ashwin Choksi will be an irreparable loss to the Company.
