Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd allots 356800 shares

The ESOP Committee of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited at its Meeting held on July 02, 2018 has approved an allotment of 3,56,800 equity shares to those option grantees who had exercised their options under "Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited - Employees' Stock Option Scheme ("ESOP")" of the Company.

The said equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of MOTILAL OSWAL FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.822.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 775.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21353 in over 1526 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 832 and intraday low of 783. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17506247.
