Koutons Retail to acquire DBG Retail Holdings Ltd

Koutons Retail India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 31, 2007, inter alia, has decided to acquire the 100% shareholding of DBG Retail Holdings Ltd.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.1006.85, up by Rs.82.85 or 8.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1055 and low of Rs.921.50.

The total traded quantity was 85935 compared to 2 week average of 38418.
