UB Engineering Updates on Rights Issue

UB Engineering Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, on December 28, 2007, has approved and adopted the Final Letter of Offer including Abridged Letter of Offer for Rights Issue to be filed with the Stock Exchange.

Further the Company has informed that in terms of approval of the Board the rights issue will open on January 09, 2008 and close on February 07, 2008.
