HPL Electric & Power Ltd board to consider dividend on May 21, 2018

A meeting of the Board of Directors of HPL Electric & Power Ltd is scheduled to be held on May 21, 2018, to consider and approve the Audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018 and to recommend a dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2018, for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
