ITD Cementation Rights Issue closed

ITD Cementation India Ltd has announced that the issue of 57,58,100 Equity Share of Rs 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs 425 (including a premium of Rs 415) per Equity Share on rights issue basis to the existing Equity Shareholders of the Company in the ratio of One Equity Share for every one Equity Share held on Record Date i.e. November 06, 2007 aggregating Rs 244,71,92,500 is closed on December 15, 2007 and the Company confirm having received minimum subscription of 90% of the aforesaid issue.

The stock closed the day at Rs.555.55, down by Rs.6.80 or 1.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.570 and low of Rs.551.55.

The total traded quantity was 2597 compared to 2 week average of 5712.
