Shri Arun Charan Mukherji (DIN-00063975), Independent Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of NPR Finance Ltd, has resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from 2nd April, 2018, on account of advancing age and health status.

Accordingly, with effect from 2nd April, 2018, he ceases to be a member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee.
