ITI Limited to file DRHP for FPO

The board of directors of ITI Limited (the 'Company'), in its meeting held on 27.03.2018, approved the special purpose audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the nine months ended December 31, 2017 for the purpose of inclusion in DRHP to be filed with SEBI for the proposed Further Public Offer.

Shares of ITI LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.113.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 112.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 185623 in over 1716 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 117.3 and intraday low of 111. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 21195057.
