Hariyana Ship Breakers Ltd announces resignation of MD, CFO

Mr. Rakesh Shantisarup Reniwal (DIN: 00029332) will step down from the position of the Managing Director of Hariyana Ship Breakers Ltd, w.e.f. closing hours of March 27, 2018 and consequently, he will cease to be one of the KMP of the Company.

Mr. Rajeev Shantisarup Reniwal has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company due to his pre-occupations and inability to devote time to the affairs of the Company. He will step down w.e.f. closing hours of March 27, 2018 and will therefore cease to be one of the KMP of the Company.

Shares of HARIYANA SHIP BREAKERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.97.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 89.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9941 in over 92 trades.
