Sphere Global Services Ltd allots 98500 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee through circular resolution dated 26.03.2018 allotted and issued 98,500 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid per share to the eligible employees of the company and its subsidiaries companies on exercise of options granted under SGSL ESOS 2014 Scheme of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to 18167372 Equity shares of Rs.10 each amounting to Rs. 181673720.

These shares shall rank Pari-Passu with the existing shares.

Shares of Sphere Global Services Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.31.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 32.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39457 in over 91 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 32.25 and intraday low of 29.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1228287.
