GRUH Finance Ltd to announce Q4 results on Apr 14, 2018

The Board Meeting of GRUH Finance Ltd will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 to, consider the approval of the audited financial results for the Quarter/ Year ended March 31, 2018 and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the FY 2017-18.

The Board will consider Borrowing / Raising funds by issue of on-shore and/or off-shore debt Instruments including but not limited to bonds and Non-Convertible Debentures, non-convertible subordinated debt Tier-II debentures, denominated in Indian currency and/or any foreign currency, in terms of Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant Rules and the Listing Regulations.

The Board will also consider matters relating to ensuing AGM.
