L&T Mutual Fund increases stake in H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd

L&T Investment Management Ltd has announced that the shareholding of the schemes of L&T Mutual Fund in H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd (company) has exceeded 5%.

L&T Mutual Fund had 3,222,416 equity shares or 4.94% stake in the company earlier. It bought 376,609 equity shares on March 15, 2018 through open market purchase.

Post the acquisition, L&T Mutual Fund's stake has increased to 3,599,025 equity shares or 5.52% in the company.

Shares of H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.300.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 296.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 136479 and the deliverable quantity was 43054 shares.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 311 and intraday low of 298.65. The total turnover during the day was Rs. 4.14 crore.
