Shoppers Stop Ltd allots 9618 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration & Corporate Governance Committee of Shoppers Stop Ltd circular resolution has allotted 9,618 equity shares of Rs.5/- each, at an exercise price of Rs. 362/- per share on account of exercise of vested Employee Stock Options by employees under ESOP 2008 Scheme on March 19, 2018.

Post allotment of these shares, the share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 43,98,03,445 divided into 8,79,60,689 shares of Rs. 5/- each.

Shares of SHOPPERS STOP LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.532.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 540.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1832 in over 127 trades.
