Systematix Corporate Services Ltd updates on Board Meeting

The Board Meeting of the Systematix Corporate Services Limited was held on today, Friday, 09th March, 2018 at 'The Capital', 'A' Wing, 6th Floor, No. 603 - 606, Plot No. C-70, 'G' Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai - 400 051. The Board has considered, discussed and approved the proposal to acquire equity shares of Systematix Ventures Private Limited thereby making it as the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Systematix Corporate Services Limited.

The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Mehta as an Additional Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 09th March, 2018.

The Board approved proposal to make an investment of upto Rs. 15 Crores in one or more entities.

The meeting commenced at 02.00 p.m. and concluded at 04.00 p.m.
