Hero Motocorp Ltd allots 4434 shares

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Hero Motocorp Ltd at its meeting held today has allotted 4,434 equity shares of face value of INR 2/- each to the eligible employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the Plans framed under Employee's Incentive Scheme 2014.

These shares rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. With this allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to INR 39,94,22,910 divided into 19,97,11,455 equity shares of face value of INR 2/- each.

Shares of HERO MOTOCORP LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3564.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3542.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21246 in over 1955 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3799.9 and intraday low of 3546. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 76054825.
