The Compensation Committee of Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd at its Meeting held on 31st January, 2018 has allotted 2,25,600 Equity Shares of Rs. 1 /- each pursuant to exercise of options by its employees under the Texmaco Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased from 21,96,02,843 Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each to 21,98,28,443 Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
