EMCO Ltd allots 66666 shares

The ESOP Committee of the Board of Directors of EMCO Ltd, at its meeting held today i.e. 29th January, 2018 has allotted 66,666 (Sixty Six Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty Six) Equity Shares of Face value of Rs. 2/- each to the eligible employees of the Company who have exercised their stock option under its Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2011.
