Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from December 21, 2007 to December 27, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on December 27, 2007.
