L&T Finance Holdings Ltd allots 12,03,275 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd at its meeting held on January 25, 2018 has approved the allotment of 12,03,275 (Twelve Lakhs Three Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Five) equity shares to those option grantees who had exercised their options under the schemes of the Company.

L&T FHL Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2010 : 1,33,275
L&T FHL Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2013 : 10,70,000

The said equity shares will rank pari - passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
