Sabero Organics AGM approves issue of warrants

Sabero Organics Gujarat Ltd has announced that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the resolution for the issue of 18,50,000 equity shares and 18,50,000 convertible warrants on Preferential basis.
