Markets tank, NIFTY down 246.2 points - but deliveries in NIFTY stocks soar

The % of deliverable quantity of NIFTY stocks has gone up substantially compared to the normal levels. Does this mean the stock has gone into strong hands from weak hands OR strong hands have sold to the weak hands. Only time will tell, till then we will have our fingers crossed !!
