Mrs. Renu Karnad resigns from HDFC Bank

Mrs. Renu Karnad, Non-Executive Director of HDFC Bank, has resigned from the Board of the Bank with immediate effect.

The Bank places on record its sincere appreciation of the contribution made by Mrs. Karnad in her long association with the Bank and wishes her the very best for all future endeavors.

Shares of HDFC Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1951.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1931.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 133493 in over 3924 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1959.8 and intraday low of 1919.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 259871305.
